Minimum Qualification / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
- 5 years’ experience working in a relevant/similar company
- Ability to work with senior people
- Excellent report-writing skills
Supervision
1. To efficiently operate BFS machines to meet company targets.
2. To implement section SOPs and report if any deviations are observed to the Section Head- BFS.
3. To ensure the implementation of the environmental norms of various production areas as defined and to get the deviations corrected by the engineering department.
Training
1. To check the availability of trained staff.
2. To suggest periodic trainings wherever required to the BFS Section Head.
3. To ensure the training of staff on the changes in SOPs from time to time.
Communicating& reporting
1. To report abnormalities on a daily basis to the BFS section head.
2. To inform the machine breakdowns to the BFS section head and utility department immediately.
3. To implement the monthly plan as received from the Head of Production.
Documentation.
Ensure timely documentation of all ongoing production data and breakdowns in the logbook.
