As an Associate Trainee, you'll join a structured training program tailored for recent graduates and passionate individuals in IT or finance. This entry-level role provides hands-on experience and mentorship to bridge academic knowledge with real-world consultancy in ERP implementation, automation, cloud technologies, and digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities
• Participate actively in comprehensive training modules covering ERP systems, including configuration, customization, and integration with business processes to support digitization efforts.
• Engage in hands-on workshops on business automation tools, learning to design and implement workflows that streamline operations and reduce manual tasks.
• Collaborate with mentors on cloud infrastructure projects, such as setting up virtual servers, managing data storage, and ensuring security in cloud environments.
• Analyze real-life business cases from finance and IT sectors, applying concepts from your coursework to propose solutions for digitization and automation challenges.
• Assist in server management tasks, including monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing resources to support scalable business applications.
• Contribute to team discussions and presentations on digital transformation strategies, drawing from training in IT-related courses or finance principles.
• Develop consultancy skills through role-playing scenarios, where you'll advise simulated clients on ERP adoption, cloud migration, and automation best practices.
• Complete assignments and projects that integrate knowledge from various courses, such as programming in Python or Java for automation, database management for ERP, or financial modeling for business digitization.
• Shadowed experienced consultants on client interactions, gaining insights into how training translates to real-world advisory roles in IT and finance.
• Maintain detailed logs of learning progress, including feedback from training sessions on cloud servers, ERP systems, and business automation.
• Participate in group exercises focused on interdisciplinary skills, blending IT expertise with finance acumen to solve complex business problems.
• Support the team in researching emerging trends in digitization, automation, and cloud technologies to enhance training outcomes and personal development.


Required Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's degree in IT-related courses (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science) or finance-related courses (e.g., Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Technology).
• Recent graduate (within the last 2 years) or individual with up to 1 year of relevant experience, demonstrating passion for IT, ERP systems, business digitization, automation, cloud infrastructure, and servers.
• Basic understanding of programming languages such as Python, Java, or SQL, with eagerness to apply them in business automation and ERP contexts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down real- life business cases into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage in training discussions and present ideas effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools, with familiarity in data analysis software like Excel for financial modeling or business digitization tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, embracing diverse perspectives during training and consultancy grooming sessions.
• High level of motivation and adaptability, with a commitment to continuous learning in fast-paced IT and finance landscapes.


Preferred Qualifications
• Prior internship or project experience in ERP systems, cloud computing, business automation, or server management.
• Certifications in relevant areas, such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, or entry-level ERP credentials (e.g., SAP Associate).
• Knowledge of financial principles, such as budgeting or risk management, especially if from a finance-related course background.
• Experience with tools like Tableau or Power BI for data visualization in business digitization projects.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies or project management basics to support consultancy training.
