farm dreams and their life situations. Offering services ranging from Farm set

up and management, modern farming, agribusiness consultancy and organic farm

inputs to our clientele, we have grown to a firm that serves the corporate and

business class in order to fulfill their agricultural plans.

Job Brief

• We are looking for a professional Agricultural MARKETING Manager to coordinate and

oversee our organization’s agricultural operations. We are looking for a high

performance professional in the field of agriculture, with

knowledge in both animal and crop husbandries to work as our Agricultural MARKETING

Manager on a fulltime basis

Roles and specific

duties

The Agricultural MARKETING Manager role is mainly to implement the right processes

and practices across the organization.

The specific duties of an Agricultural MARKETING Manager include

formulating strategy, improving performance, supervising farm progress,

procuring material and resources and securing compliance. The candidate should

be ready to mentor his team members, find ways to increase quality of customer

service and implement best practices across all levels. Ultimately, we’ll trust

you to help us remain compliant, efficient and profitable during the course of

business.

Duty Station

The officer shall be stationed at Our office in Kireka and must be ready to make all the necessary journeys and trips to our client farms.

Nature of work: This shall be Full time job and no part time shall be allowed.

Personal Requirement

Must be able to speak the following language, English, luganda, Runyankore rukiga, Kiswahili and any other local language

Must be having at least 3 years in agricultural extension services or any other

agricultural service line

Responsibilities

v  Shall report to the Chief executive officer directly.

v  Connecting with clients and maintaining positive relationships.

v Researching market trends

v Ensuring customer satisfaction

v Securing repeat orders

v Negotiating contracts with customers.

v Managing social media accounts

v Recruiting and managing of the sales teams

v Organizing events to gain new clients.

v Designing promotional materials

v Designing, development and assessment of the marketing strategies.

Requirements and

skills

·        Experience of not less than 5 years working in the agricultural extension services.

·        Proven work experience as Agricultural officer or similar role

·        Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and MARKETING management

·        Experience budgeting and forecasting

·        Familiarity with Agribusiness and financial principles

·        Excellent communication skills

·        Leadership ability for MARKETING level job.

·        Outstanding agricultural skills

·        Degree in Agri-Business, agricultural management, or related field.
