We also revamped our platform, reviewed our user journeys and closed the loop on customer feedback. We strive to improve your experience with us every time and continue to welcome your feedback.
This year, our theme is “Sustaining Customer Inclusion” and we want to celebrate it in a special way.
We have launched a 20% discount on our digital products, prepared surprises for our customers throughout the week and also look forward to celebrating our internal customers, our dear staff as we continue on this amazing journey.
We have also included a new category in our celebrations, the Social Impact Customer of the Year.

That is why it was an immense pleasure to work with Girls Unstoppable Uganda, the NGO that supports the education of marginalized adolescent girls by providing them with merit-based scholarships, scholastic and menstrual hygiene materials necessary for them to remain in school and attain education, life-skills and knowledge.
