This includes receiving instructions, coordinating with field teams, maintaining communication with institutions, ensuring adherence to timelines, and managing documentation and vehicle maintenance.

Job Description/Requirements
• Receiving repossession instructions from financial institutions and ensuring all required documents are
received
• Do a search on the location of the vehicle units as per the received instructions and communicate to the
financial institutions if there are any problems with the units tracking systems
• Dispatching of instructions and assigning of units to be repossessed to the repo field teams according to the
unit location and proximity
• Coordinate and assist the repossession field team
• Be always in contact with the financial institution updates, consultations ad approvals where necessary
• Proper filing of repossession instructions pending and ensure to keep proper reports on the progress of
repossessions
• Ensure to adhere to the set-up timelines in the repossession activities
• Ensure assigned company vehicle is maintained as per the service schedule
• Any other duty as assigned by immediate supervisor/Management.
