UI/UX Designer

This position is remote based.

Some of your responsibilities

• Work closely with a CEO and CoFounder led product team across all products
• Create and maintain UI and UX that is beautiful, intuitive, responsive, and accessible(WCAG 2.1)
• Collaborate with technical team to createnew features or entirely new products that use consistent visual language
• Manage large amount of UI components across hundreds of screens in an organized, efficient, and error free manner

Your skills

• Hands-on experience as aUI / UX designer of at least 3 years with complex single-pageapplications
• Expert level UI /UX design skillswith deepunderstanding of user behaviorswhile balancingtechnical limitations in modern web applications
• Excellent knowledge of how modern web applications work
• Great written and verbal skills, just like every great communicator

The Hiring Process

• Application:Provide us with the following: a cover letter, resume,link to your portfolio (please make sure you include screenshots of web applications you have designed)
• Work Sample:Within 48 hours of the application, we will let you know whether we would like you to work on our small worksample. This shouldn’t take you longer than 2-3 hours.
• Video interview:Upon successful review of your work sample, we willschedule a video interview with you. This interview is intended to gauge the general cultural fit, communication, and general UI/UX design skills.
• Group Meeting: Get a chance to meet some more Digication peeps.
• Job offer:We will let you know within 5 business days from thegroup interviewwhether you will be offered the position.
