Location: Mpigi (Local retail clusters)
Overall Purpose
To provide agile, high-frequency service to local retail clusters (trading centers, kiosks) where larger trucks cannot easily maneuver, acting as a frontline cash collector and company ambassador.
Key Responsibilities
Micro-Distribution & Cash Handling
- Execute small-batch restocking in high-density areas.
- Act as a frontline collector for small cash sales; accurately remit all payments (cash/mobile money) to the cashier at the end of every shift.
- Ensure all cash is secured during transit.
Vehicle Care & Maintenance
- Perform daily cleaning and basic mechanical checks (oil levels, tire pressure, brakes) to ensure vehicle uptime.
- Report any mechanical defects immediately to avoid breakdowns during shifts.
Market Intelligence
- Act as the "ears" of the company by monitoring competitor activity.
- Report back on which small shops are running low on specific flavors or stock levels.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Productivity: Number of successful drops (deliveries) per day.
- Accuracy: Zero variance in cash reconciliation.
- Reliability: 100% vehicle uptime (excluding scheduled maintenance).
