Roles and responsibilities:
1. Load and unload the vehicle with goods, properly securing the packages
2. Verify delivery by checking order details against the package, confirming addresses, and obtaining customer signature when necessary.
3. Document the delivery records for future reference and accountability
4. Adhere to safe protocols of handling packages during loading, delivery, and offloading
5. Ride the tukutuku to deliver the items
