Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Certificate/training in tractor operation or agricultural mechanics.
- Valid tractor/heavy machinery permit.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience.
- Operate tractors for ploughing, harrowing, planting, spraying, harvesting and transportation.
- Adjust implements based on soil and crop conditions.
- Conduct daily pre and post operation checks.
- Perform routine maintenance and report faults.
- Maintain fuel and usage records.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain logbooks and report progress.
- Support field teams and assist in loading/offloading.
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.
