Technology Analyst (Salesforce & SQL)

Job Overview

We seek a talented and driven Mid-Level Technology Analyst with substantial experience in Salesforce and SQL. This role is tailored for individuals with a strong passion for AI and technology integration who want to significantly impact a dynamic, global investment advisory firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain our Salesforce CRM platform, aligning it with our strategic goals and ensuring operational efficiency.
• Expertly manage and optimize SQL databases, conducting complex data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
• Lead initiatives to integrate AI and technological solutions into various business processes, enhancing efficiency and innovation.
• Spearhead and contribute to technology projects, combining technical expertise and creative problem-solving skills.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in AI and technology, and advocate for adopting new tools and methodologies that can benefit our business.
• Collaborate with global teams, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce and SQL.
• Demonstrated passion for AI, technology, and their applications in the finance and investment sectors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of working effectively in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse, global team.
• Fluent in English, with additional language skills considered a plus.
