Position: Technician – Technical Services Department
Reports To: Operations/Technical Supervisor
Job Purpose: To deliver high-quality technical services including fumigation, cleaning, electrical, plumbing, and maintenance tasks.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct fumigation, cleaning, repair, and maintenance tasks at client sites.
- Inspect premises and report technical requirements.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and PPE use.
- Maintain tools, record material usage, and submit reports.
- Provide excellent customer service and feedback collection.
- Support team training and technical development.
