Technical Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to manage key cross organization projects.
This position will require you to coordinate team members and manage processes, to develop detailed project plans, ensure resource availability and allocate and deliver every project on time within budget and scope. You will be the point of contact for everything involving a project’s organization, timeline and ultimately success.
Job responsibilities

• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
• Serve as liaison between client, design and development professionals
• Manage project team compliance with clients’ guidelines, policies, and procedures
• Observe, document, and report on the development process and development-related issues
• Execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, third parties, vendors and all stakeholders
• Establish and coordinate internal and external resources for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirements

• BSc. In computer science or engineering
• Background/education in technical project management
• Proven working experience as a project manager in High-tech /Technological company
• Experience with managing project in the medical field.
• Demonstrate knowledge of regulatory and review processes for the medical field
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent business skills – a plus
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
• Team player with a problem-solving aptitude.
