Requirements

• 
  
• Full-time availability during training and fieldwork period
  
• Ability to oversee one to two target research areas in Kampala
  
• Strong organisational and logistical skills to manage small teams
  
• Experience in community engagement or mobilisation
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Basic quantitative data skills, numeracy, and familiarity with data quality processes
  
• Previous experience supervising research teams (an added advantage)
  
• Experience working with refugees and/or vulnerable populations preferred.

• Supervise and support assigned enumerators during daily field operations
  
• Coordinate fieldwork planning and logistical arrangements in assigned research areas
  
• Monitor data quality and provide feedback to enumerators to ensure compliance with study protocols
  
• Troubleshoot field challenges and escalate issues to project coordination staff as needed
  
• Lead daily team briefings and debriefings, and support timely reporting of field progress
  
• Serve as the primary link between field teams and project management.
