Requirements
- B. Ed. in Early Years Education or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education
- A minimum of two years teaching experience, after acquiring a teaching degree (B. Ed. in Early Years Education or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education)
- Experience of working with children in a school setting (Early Years/Nursery)
- Strong understanding of child development and pedagogical methods
- Creativity and ability to develop engaging, play-based learning activities
- Excellent classroom management and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with children and parents
