Role Summary
The Supply Operations Associate will support SafariShare’s supply-side operations by managing driver and vehicle partner performance, coordinating relationships with bus companies, and growing the agent ticketing network. This entry-level position requires strong organisational skills, stakeholder coordination, and attention to operational details to ensure reliable service delivery and partner satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner Onboarding & Supply Management
● Assist in onboarding, verification, and activation of drivers, vehicles, and bus company partners.
● Maintain updated partner records and ensure compliance with SafariShare’s service standards.
● Track and report on active supply, availability, and route performance.
2. Bus Company & Partner Relationship Management
● Serve as the primary contact point for bus company partners, ensuring effective communication and operational coordination.
● Monitor ticket allocations, schedules, and seat inventory accuracy on the SafariShare platform.
● Support contract renewals, feedback sessions, and performance reviews with bus company representatives.
● Escalate partner issues and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.
3. Agent Network & Ticketing Operations
● Support the recruitment and onboarding of agent partners for the SafariShare ticketing network.
● Track agent performance, ticket sales, and commission disbursement.
● Conduct periodic visits and engagement sessions to strengthen the agent network and improve retention.
4. Reporting & Coordination
● Collect, clean, and analyse supply and sales data for operational reporting.
● Collaborate with the customer experience, marketing, tech, and finance teams to improve partner experience.
● Prepare weekly reports on supply trends, ticketing performance, and partner engagement.
Required Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, or a related field.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
● Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis tools.
● Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
● Interest in mobility, transport, and digital platforms.
Growth Path
Outstanding performers in this role will have the opportunity to advance to Operations Analyst or Regional Supply Lead positions as SafariShare expands its footprint.
