MR Health Africa is a healthcare technology company bringing home-based diagnostic testing to Kampala. We partner with accredited laboratories to make preventive health screening as convenient as booking a ride — a customer books online or via WhatsApp, a trained professional collects the sample at home, and results are delivered digitally.

The Opportunity

We're hiring for a focused, high-impact 2-month engagement: build partnerships with Kampala's most premium gyms and busiest group-fitness studios. Partner venues display an MR Health QR code; members book diagnostics directly, and the partner earns commission on every completed booking.

This Role (2 months)

Your entire focus: super-premium gyms (day-pass UGX 25,000+) and studios/coaching centres running regular Zumba, Yoga, or Aerobics classes — the highest-return, fastest-to-close partnerships available.

You will:

• Identify and shortlist premium gyms and group-class studios matching this profile
• Get in front of the owner, GM, or head instructor and close the partnership
• Get the QR code and standee installed and verified live
• Brief instructors so they actively promote it to their own students
• Track bookings generated per partner and keep partners actively engaged

What happens after 2 months

Strong performance opens into Phase 2 — elite sports clubs, health clubs, and golf/country club partnerships — a bigger, longer-term mandate.

Who we want

Not a generic sales role. We're prioritizing people who already have real relationships in Kampala's premium gym and group-fitness scene — including group fitness instructors themselves. If you teach or have taught Zumba, Yoga, or Aerobics across multiple gyms, you already know the owners and the exact members we want to reach.

• Compensation: Fixed retainer + bonus per live partnership signed (details at interview). 2-month contract with real potential for extension into Phase 2 if targets are hit.
