Role Description The Salesperson role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kampala. The Salesperson will identify and approach potential clients, present the insurance services, and build long-term relationships to drive revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting, conducting sales meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of sales activities, collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to ensure successful campaign delivery, and providing ongoing account support. The Salesperson is expected to meet sales targets, represent the company professionally, and continuously seek opportunities to expand the client base.
Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Knowledge of online advertising and digital marketing concepts, with the ability to explain solutions clearly to clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and relationship-building with diverse clients.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working with basic computer tools and CRM or sales tracking systems.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in advertising, marketing, or related service industries.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages in Kampala is a plus.
