Role Description The Sales Staff role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kampala. The individual in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, and present agency services and solutions tailored to client needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting, making sales calls and visits, preparing proposals and quotations, following up on leads, and negotiating and closing deals in coordination with the account and creative teams. The Sales Staff will also track sales activities, update reports and CRM tools, participate in client meetings, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications

• Proven ability in sales, business development
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Solid negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills, including experience handling objections and aligning solutions with client goals.
• Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and deadlines effectively.
• Comfortable working with basic digital tools (email, presentations, spreadsheets, CRM or sales tracking systems) and learning new platforms.
• Results-oriented mindset, self-motivation, and resilience in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of advertising and marketing concepts; understanding of media, branding, and campaign processes is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Ability to work on-site in Kampala and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
