Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Staff role based in Kampala. The Sales Staff will identify and approach potential clients, present the agency’s advertising and marketing services, and follow up on leads to convert them into long-term business relationships. Daily tasks include prospecting, scheduling and attending client meetings, preparing sales proposals, and negotiating contracts in line with company guidelines. The role involves maintaining accurate records of sales activities, providing regular reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are clearly communicated and met. The Sales Staff will also participate in promotional events and campaigns to increase brand visibility and support revenue growth.
Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
• Knowledge of advertising, marketing, and promotion services, with the ability to explain solutions clearly to clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and sustain professional relationships.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities, including maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
• Basic proficiency in using office productivity tools and CRM or sales tracking software.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles, ideally within an agency or related industry.
• Ability to work on-site in Kampala, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
