Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Specialist role located in Kampala. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Daily tasks include managing and executing sales activities, maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves supporting customer service efforts and participating in training sessions to enhance sales strategies.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies
• Experience in Sales Management and Training
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed targets
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Kampala
• Proven track record of customer relationship management and problem-solving
• Prior experience in sales within the advertising or marketing industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
