The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling agro-tech products and solutions, building strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth. This role requires a passionate salesperson.

Qualifications & Skills Required
Education & Experience:
● Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Previous experience (less than one year) in sales, preferably in the agriculture, agrotech, or agrochemical industry , or have just graduated
● Knowledge of agricultural products, technology, and farming solutions is a plus.
Key Competencies:
● Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
● Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
● Willingness to travel to rural areas and engage with farmers and agribusinesses.
● Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
