Role Description The Sales Marketing Positions role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kampala. The role involves identifying prospective clients, presenting agency services, and building long-term business relationships. Daily tasks include conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing proposals, following up on leads, and managing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention. The role also includes supporting marketing campaigns, gathering market insights, and collaborating with the internal team to refine sales strategies and promotional materials. The individual in this role is expected to meet sales targets, maintain accurate records of activities, and represent the agency professionally in all interactions.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and manage client portfolios.
• Experience in Training to support onboarding, product knowledge sharing, or client education when needed.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles, including lead generation and campaign support.
• Ability to work on-site in Kampala, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client requests.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, recruitment, or advertising is an advantage.
• Proficiency with common office and CRM tools for reporting and client management.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
