Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing position based in Kampala. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, promoting agency services, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Daily activities include meeting with potential and current clients, presenting marketing solutions, negotiating contracts, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales Marketing professional will collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts to prepare proposals, and contribute to sales targets. The role also includes monitoring market trends, attending industry events when needed, and providing feedback to improve service offerings.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation and professional correspondence.
• Customer Service and client relationship management skills to ensure a positive client experience.
• Proven Sales experience with the ability to meet targets and close deals.
• Training and Sales Management abilities to support team development and oversee sales activities
• Ability Kampala and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is an added advantage.
