Role Description The Sales Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kampala. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and presenting client needs. The Sales Marketing Executive will conduct market research, support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services. Daily tasks include preparing sales proposals, tracking campaign performance, reporting on sales activities, and contributing ideas to enhance the agency’s market presence.
Qualifications

• Strong market planning and marketing skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective advertising strategies.
• Experience in market research, including analyzing trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
• Proven sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a B2B environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and colleagues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, online ad networks, analytics) is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Kampala, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated professionalism, customer-focused mindset, and willingness to learn and adapt to changing market needs.
