Travel: Extensive travel across the region required

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth for RFID and EAS solutions across South India. The role involves acquiring new customers, managing enterprise accounts, and expanding market presence across Retail, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Warehousing, and Supply Chain sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries.
Drive end-to-end sales activities including prospecting, client meetings, solution presentations, negotiations, and closures.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets.
Develop long-term relationships with customers, partners, consultants, and stakeholders.
Promote RFID and EAS solutions through consultative selling approaches.
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events to generate business opportunities.
Coordinate with pre-sales, technical, and operations teams for customized customer solutions.
Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and upselling opportunities.
Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence to management.
Required Skills & Expertise
Strong experience in RFID and EAS solution sales.
Good understanding of Retail, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, and Supply Chain operations.
Excellent business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to independently manage large and complex sales cycles.
Experience & Qualifications
15-20 years of experience in solution-based or technology sales.
Proven track record in RFID/EAS business development and enterprise sales.
Strong market network across South India.
Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements.
