Job brief
The Sales Manager – Oil & Fat Equipment is responsible for developing and expanding market opportunities for oil and fat processing equipment within the assigned region. The role builds and maintains relationships with customers and partners, supports the sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract execution, and promotes the company's brand through market engagement and industry activities.
Responsibilities

  • Cooperate with national representatives to develop the silo market and maintain the daily relationship between customers;
  • Cooperate with national representatives to develop and maintain silo marketing channels, including agents, customer visits, industry consultants, government and other marketing channels to explore business opportunities;
  • Assist national representatives to track silo clue business opportunities, provide customers with project quotations and track the completion of new signatures;
  • Assist in following up the progress of contract performance, provide service support to customers, and complete the collection of receivables;
  • Assist in planning silo market activities, such as media publicity, exhibitions, training meetings, observation meetings, etc., to enhance the brand influence of FAMSUN in the region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above, food engineering/mechanical design and manufacturing and automation/marketing/national trade and other related majors;
  • Have 3- years of work experience in the oil & fat industry, understand oil & fat processing technology, have a certain sales foundation and customer resources. Work experience in the same industry is preferred.

Competency Requirements

  • Master oil fat processing technology/with complete production management and operation capabilities oil & fat mills.
  • It has the sales capacity of customer resources and oil & fat projects in the agricultural and animal husbandry industry.
