Sales Manager

Obato Industries Ltd is looking for an experienced and highly motivated International Specialty Coffee Sales Manager to join our team in Uganda.

We are looking for a proven coffee sales professional with at least 5 years of experience in international coffee sales and a strong network of coffee buyers, importers, traders, and roasters.

🌍 Key Responsibilities

• Develop international markets for Ugandan green and specialty coffee

• Identify and acquire new international buyers and roasters

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with coffee customers

• Manage B2B sales, negotiations, contracts, and closing

• Develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets

• Monitor international coffee markets, prices, and customer trends

• Represent Obato in international coffee exhibitions and business meetings

• Work closely with sourcing, quality control, and logistics teams

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in coffee sales

• Proven experience in international/export coffee sales

• Strong network of international coffee buyers and roasters

• Good understanding of green coffee, quality, processing, grading, and specialty coffee

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

• Strong commercial and target-oriented mindset

• Fluent English is essential

• Based in or willing to relocate to Uganda
