Role Description The Sales Executive (Luweero Town, Nakaseke, Nakasongola) will work full time and be based on-site in Kampala, with regular engagement in the designated territories. The individual will identify and pursue new sales opportunities, visit potential and existing clients, present company products or services, and follow up on leads to close sales. Daily responsibilities include meeting sales targets, preparing basic reports on client interactions and sales performance, and maintaining accurate records of customer information. The role also involves building long-term client relationships, gathering market feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive is expected to represent the agency professionally, uphold ethical standards, and contribute to the growth of business in the assigned regions.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present information clearly, listen actively, and build rapport with diverse clients.
• Candidates should possess solid sales and negotiation abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to identify opportunities, handle objections, and close deals to meet or exceed targets.
• Candidates should possess good organizational and time management skills, including planning daily routes, prioritizing client visits, and maintaining accurate records.
• Candidates should possess customer service orientation, with a focus on understanding client needs, providing timely support, and ensuring positive customer experiences.
• Candidates should possess basic computer literacy and familiarity with common office software or mobile applications used for reporting and communication.
• Relevant experience in field sales or marketing is beneficial, particularly within service-oriented or agency environments.
• A minimum of a secondary school certificate is required; additional training or a diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an added advantage.
• Candidates should possess the ability to travel within Luweero Town, Nakaseke, and Nakasongola as needed, and be comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
