- Customer Engagement: Greet customers, listen to their needs, and guide them to appropriate vehicles.
- Demonstration: Explain technical features, benefits, and specifications, and perform vehicle walk-around inspections.
- Test Drives: Arrange and accompany customers on test drives, ensuring safety and complying with dealership procedures.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate prices, trade-in values, and financing options to meet sales quotas.
- Administrative Tasks: Process sales contracts, financing paperwork, and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of inventory, features, and manufacturer updates.
- Follow-Up: Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
