Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kampala for a Salesperson. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include reaching out to potential clients, giving presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include maintaining sales records, staying updated on industry trends, and working closely with a team to implement sales strategies.
Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in sales techniques, client relationship management, and customer service
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and close sales effectively
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic proficiency in digital tools and platforms used for sales and reporting
• Experience in advertising or related industries is an added advantage
• Willingness to work on-site in Kampala and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
