Sales Assistant

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Assistant role . The Sales Assistant will support day-to-day sales operations, including handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate sales records. Responsibilities include bringing new farmers on board, updating product and pricing information, and looking for new clients for our coffee products both local and international. The role involves engaging with customers in person and by phone or email, responding to service issues, and ensuring a positive experience. The Sales Assistant will also help organize sales materials, maintain an orderly workspace, and contribute to sales campaigns and promotions as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to build relationships and support client needs.
• Effective communication skills and sales capabilities to present products clearly and assist in closing deals.
• Good organization skills to manage records, schedules, and multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of coffee products or agricultural commodities is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for reporting, documentation, and data entry.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and follow established processes.
• Prior experience in sales support, retail, or customer-facing roles is beneficial.
• Completion of secondary education; additional training in business, sales, or marketing is an asset.
