Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sironko for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, conducting market research, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves training team members on best practices, managing sales activities, and achieving revenue targets. Collaboration with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns will also be a key responsibility.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to engage clients effectively and provide outstanding support.
• Experience in Sales and Training to drive revenue growth and mentor team members.
• Skills in Sales Management to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and teamwork abilities to achieve business goals.
• Knowledge of financial solutions and services, with experience in microfinance or related industries being an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and adaptability to market changes.
