Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Agent role based in Kampala. The Sales Agent will identify and engage prospective clients, present trade finance solutions, and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, and recommending appropriate services. The role involves providing customer service support, handling inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account management. Sales Agents will also participate in training sessions, maintain accurate records of sales activities, and work toward individual and team targets.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and handle inquiries professionally.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales experience, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Insurance and related financial products, with the ability to explain terms and benefits clearly.
• Candidates should possess Training capabilities, including the ability to learn quickly and share product knowledge with clients or colleagues.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in trade finance or banking, familiarity with international business practices, and proficiency in basic computer and CRM tools.
• A relevant diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Kampala, meet targets, and collaborate in a diverse, fast-paced environment.
