About The Job

  • We are seeking a results-driven Sales Agent responsible for developing sales within an assigned territory or customer portfolio through proactive prospecting, customer relationship management, and opportunity development.
  • The role focuses on identifying customer needs, promoting the company’s products and services, generating profitable sales, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • 1. Business Development
  • Prospect and develop new customers within the assigned territory.
  • Identify customer needs and business opportunities.
  • 2. Customer Relationship Management
  • Maintain regular contact with customers and prospects.
  • Conduct scheduled customer visits and follow-up activities.
  • 3. Opportunity Management
  • Identify, qualify, and manage sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit commercial proposals and quotations.
  • 4. Sales Administration
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system.
  • Prepare visit reports and activity reports.
  • 5. Market Intelligence
  • Monitor competitor activities and market developments.
  • Identify new projects, investments, and emerging customer requirements.
  • 6. Health, Safety and Compliance
  • Comply with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in field sales ( equipment, or machinery industry preferred).
  • Past experience selling heavy equipment, spare parts, or construction and mining machinery.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
