Robotics Trainer

About The Role
As a Robotics Trainer at Mindset Group, you will play a crucial role in delivering our robotics curriculum to students across different age groups. You'll facilitate hands-on learning experiences, guide students through project-based activities, and help them develop both technical skills and critical thinking abilities. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on students' educational journey while working with a team of dedicated educators and technology enthusiasts.
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging robotics training sessions to students aged 8-18
• Develop and adapt curriculum materials for different age groups
• Provide guidance and support to students during hands-on activities
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Participate in robotics competitions and events
• Collaborate with other trainers to share best practices and improve curriculum
• Stay updated on the latest developments in robotics education
  

Requirements

• Experience in robotics and programming (Arduino, LEGO Mindstorms, etc.)
• Strong teaching or mentoring skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Passion for STEM education and working with young learners
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Ability to work weekends when programs are scheduled
• Problem-solving mindset and patience when working with students
