- Drive regional sales performance and achieve monthly and year to date disbursement targets.
- Manage branch operations, agent recruitment, productivity and retention.
- Expand market presence through lead generation, marketing activities and stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor loan processing ,deal quality, collection support and refusal compliance
- lead coach and manage branch teams and relationship managers
- Oversee regional operations, resources, reporting and market intelligence.
