Receptionist / Secretary

Job Summary

Manage export sales orders (directly via webshop export clients) Follow-up on the order submission process. Invoicing of orders and delivery of product lists to clients. Handle shipping of products. Be updated on our range and provide product information on request. Answer general queries from clients. Update client data Administrative tasks e.g. take care of the reception, prepare internal product training

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor

Job Description/Requirements

To our Agro Produce and Flower Exporting Company in Kampala and Entebbe, we need a service-minded receptionist/secretary. 

You are a flexible, competent, and independent person able to familiarize yourself with new workflows, and you are generally motivated by the professional and personal challenges that the position provides.


You have experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Secretarial and/or administrative tasks
  • Easier bookkeeping
  • Correspondence in English
  • Experienced IT user


We are new, why it is essential that you have a pioneer spirit, are curious, and open to learning new approaches as the company grows and is constantly evolving

Furthermore, you need to be able to handle having multiple balls in the air at once. You must be outgoing and communicate politely with colleagues, partners, and clients

Your role at Agrow Bio is to Manage export sales orders (directly via webshop export clients) Follow-up on the order submission process. Invoicing of orders and delivery of product lists to clients. Ad hoc tasks related to sales and customer service, ordering, and invoicing. Your qualifications Practical experience from a previous position. You are used to working with MS Office and Excel. You master English. I look forward to hearing from you.
