Job descriptions & requirements
To provide safe, accurate, and timely diagnostic imaging services by performing radiographic examinations in accordance with established clinical protocols.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive patients and analyze examination requests.
Prepare patients for X-ray procedures.
Liaise with ward management in the preparation of patients for X-rays.
Take X-ray pictures, process films, and prepare reports for the Doctor or Clinical Officer.
Maintain X-ray equipment and report faults.
Person/Job Specifications:
Diploma in Medical Radiography from a recognized institution.
Registered with the Allied Health Professionals Council and holds a valid practicing license.
