Job Description
The Quality Engineer – Production is responsible for ensuring that manufacturing processes, equipment, and products meet defined quality standards. The role focuses on identifying quality issues, implementing corrective/preventive actions, and continuously improving production processes to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.
Roles And Responsibilities

• Created and Implemented Process Improvement strategizes to Reduce Cost and Increase Production Output.
• Monitor Employee performance and provided guidance, coaching and training to ensure the production Goal.
• Implemented new Production process and Procedure to ensure safety and quality Control
• Work with Production Manager, General Manager, and PROGRAME Manager.
• 5 Single Piece Flow – Produce Product in Continue One Piece Flow and improving Efficiency.
• Carrying out Stage Inspection during Assembly of Excavators
• Taking corrective and Preventive actions for field failure Report.
• Good at 7QC tools, Quality Circle, Concept, 5S, Kaizen and Good Team Player.
• Inspect the finished good material as per the customer QAP.
• Responsible for Incoming Quality of Supplier Material.
• Completed the Required reports of the Inspection Process within Mandated timeline.
