Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering music, film, event, and promotional projects at BMR. The role ensures projects are executed on time, within budget, and in line with the company’s creative and business objectives.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor music, film, and promotional projects from concept to completion.
- Develop detailed project timelines, budgets, and implementation plans.
- Coordinate artists, producers, videographers, marketers, and external partners.
- Track project performance and provide structured progress reports to management.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and quality standards.
- Maintain proper project documentation and conduct post-project evaluations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree or Diploma in Project Management, Business, Media, or related field.
- Strong leadership, planning, and coordination abilities.
- Experience in entertainment, media, or creative industries is an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
