REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant technical field or Education
- Relevant experience of at least 2 years
- Detail-oriented and have a methodical approach
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Computer knowledge shall be an added advantage
- Ability to complete tasks efficiently and promptly, with minimal or no prompting
- Flexible to adapt to the ever-changing environment of a growing organisation
- Self-motivated and innovative
- Agree with the Christian mission, values, and objectives of Ignite Change
- Passionate about helping vulnerable groups of people
- Must be effective in written and verbal communication in English
