Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Quality Control.
Shop Floor Experience: 5–6 years of experience in injection molding preform and cap manufacturing or high-speed production lines.
Job Purpose
Ensure product quality compliance and process control across production operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct visual and line inspections regularly.
• Maintain quality reports and NC reports.
• Handle customer complaints and quality investigations.
• Prepare COA documentation for products.
• Train quality team members and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO, and TPM standards.
Preferred Skills
Good communication skills, teamwork, problem-solving ability, and commitment to safety and quality standards.
Systems Knowledge
HACCP / ISO / TPM (Preferred)
