Intuitive Mindset Limited is currently seeking Australia-based professionals to join our team in the personal development and success education space. This role involves guiding individuals and groups through structured personal growth and leadership programs designed to support development of leadership capability, mindset, and professional skills.

What you’ll do:

• Support clients as they engage with structured personal development and leadership programs
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while tracking progress toward goals
• Work autonomously, with access to ongoing support and a broader global team

Who you are:

• Experienced in consulting, client engagement, coaching/mentoring, marketing, training, or similar professional roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, organised, and confident using digital tools
• Open to learning marketing and program delivery skills (full training provided)
• Passionate about leadership, personal growth, and supporting others to achieve their objectives
