Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
- Proficiency in research and proposal writing
- Understanding of fundraising and donor engagement principles
- Ability to think strategically and identify partnership opportunities
- Organizational and time management skills for handling multiple tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and dynamic environment
- Interest or experience in entrepreneurship support, youth development, or non-profit work is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in a relevant program such as Business, Communications, Public Relations, or Nonprofit Management
