JOB DUTIES:
✔ Oversee hardware, cement distribution and logistics operations to ensure efficiency, stock control and profitability.
✔ Manage procurement, supplier relationships and inventory systems to prevent stockouts and minimise losses.
✔ Monitor operational performance, sales and financial records to support profitability and informed business decisions.
REQUIREMENTS:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
✔ An MBA or strong finance background is highly preferred.
✔ At least 5 years of experience in operations management of construction materials, hardware, cement or related distribution businesses.
