- Perform overhauls on engines, transmissions, and final drives.
- Provide field service in remote sites under challenging conditions.
- Maintain service logs and update machine history records.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards during repairs.
- Manage spare parts inventory during field service.
- Provide technical feedback to sales teams for product improvements.
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor(s).
