Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
The applicant for the role should hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Education from a recognised university.
At least two (2) years' experience in a classroom setting.
Training in ACE Supervisor/Monitor or Early Childhood Development methodologies is an added advantage.
Conduct pre-class goal checks using the checklist; verify attendance, record findings, and report discrepancies to the Supervisor without disrupting students.
Safeguard learning centre resources by maintaining proper custody and promoting optimal use of equipment.
Identify students requiring supervision and guide completion of assigned goals, including specified pages, sections, and tests.
Monitor completion of daily learner goals; issue homework slips where necessary and supervise detention sessions.
Coordinate parent conferences, respond to national flag requests, manage weekly goal cards, and maintain accurate student records.
