ROLE TITLE. MERCHANDISE ACQUISITION FIELD AGENT
TARGET AREAS. GREATER KAMPALA
Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandise Agent located in Kampala. The role involves interacting with customers to ensure quality service, managing merchandise inventory, coordinating product displays, supporting sales activities, and maintaining organization and efficiency in the merchandising process. The Merchandise Agent will be responsible for building strong client relationships and contributing to achieving company sales goals.
KEY ROLES
Physically visit targeted merchant location
introduce and explain the spend and save program
Answer basic merchant questions
capture merchant details and interest
Facilitate onboarding will other core team
maintain daily activity with acquisition report
payments structure. field Agents will be engaged on a facilitated field assignment basis not commission only
Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
• Customer Service experience and proven Sales capabilities
• Well-developed Organization Skills to manage merchandise and workflows efficiently
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and adapt to new challenges
• Prior experience in merchandising or retail is a plus
• Proficiency with inventory management software is highly advantageous
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or marketing are beneficial
