We are looking for a meticulous Marketing Program Budget Analyst to manage the operational aspects of tracking budgets and spending for our LATAM or NA regions. This 6-month contractor position will have a significant impact on our company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in budget management. The ideal candidate will handle purchase orders in Coupa, work cross-functionally with various internal teams, and create budget and spend reports. You'll join a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to maintaining financial integrity and supporting the marketing, sales, finance, and procurement departments.

What you’ll need to be successful:

• Strong quantitative skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Basic understanding of budgeting and marketing program spend
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field

This will be considered a plus:

• Experience with Coupa
• Basic understanding of BI tools, especially Tableau
