Frax Club is a members-only platform that democratizes access to institutional-grade investment opportunities. We pool capital from verified members into ring-fenced SPVs (Special Purpose Vehicles), each targeting a specific asset or strategy. Members own fractional units in these SPVs, which directly hold the underlying real assets.
Each investment opportunity ('Drop') is organized as a separate SPV, typically structured as an LLP. Members hold fractional units in the LLP, which directly owns the underlying real asset. This ensures complete legal separation between investments and provides clear ownership rights with proper documentation.
Unlike REITs with diversified portfolios, each Frax SPV targets a single, specific asset or strategy. You choose exactly what you invest in. We also offer active strategies (like value-add renovations) alongside passive income plays, giving you control over your risk-return profile.
Each opportunity undergoes a 200-point audit across five pillars: Risk Class, Liquidity, Capital Lock Period, Operational Complexity, and Legal Load. This normalized score allows members to compare diverse asset classes and strategies within a single dashboard, making informed decisions easier.
To maintain institutional quality and ensure professional-grade management, the minimum entry for most strategies starts at ₹25-50 Lakhs depending on the specific opportunity. This threshold allows us to provide dedicated legal, financial, and operational oversight for each asset.
While real assets are inherently medium to long-term, our internal 'Lounge' marketplace facilitates secondary transfers between verified members. However, primary liquidity is driven by the underlying asset's exit strategy, which varies by opportunity type (typically 12-18 months for active strategies, 5-9 years for income strategies).
