These are 4 and 5-star hotels, with incredible surroundings and high-quality facilities. We are seeking Leisure Club Attendants to exceed our guests’ expectations. This role is vital to the smooth day-to-day operation of the leisure club. As a Leisure Club Attendant, you will have to: - Ensure chemical balance is maintained in all pool water at all times. Pool water testing skills and plant room operation skills will be utilized. - Day to day plant room maintenance checks and regular backwashing and spa water changes must be done. - Handling chemicals is expected, with personal protective equipment (PPE). - Carry out regular chemical testing of all pool areas.. - To understand and handle chemicals to COSHH standards. - Knowledge of the fitness equipment. Complete a fitness induction with any guest, explaining the purpose of all the fitness equipment and how to use it safely. - Cleaning of the club is required daily around the changing rooms, fitness room, poolside areas, sauna, steam room and solarium room. Shampoo and laundry bags must be re-stocked as and when required, to achieve guest satisfaction. - Communicate with the leisure club guests in all areas of the club. This may be a general conversation or handling a guest’s problem to produce excellent customer service. - General duties will be required on a daily basis, including collecting clean towels, counting and returning dirty towels to the linen room. - Daily grooming checks will take place each day in line with the daily standard. - Encourage members to participate in social club functions.
